Japan Gyokuro Asahi gilt als sehr hochwertiger japanischer Grüntee. Gyokuro heißt auf Deutsch "edler Tautropfen". Der typische Geschmack von Gyokuro Asahi lässt sich als süßlich, leicht grasig beschreiben. Gyokuro Asahi wird ca. 21 Tage im Schatten aufgezogen. Dadurch sind sehr wenig Bitterstoffe vorhanden. Trinken Sie diesen Tee besonders stark, um den charakteristischen Geschmack zu erreichen.

Zubereitung: Ca. 20-40 Gramm Teeblätter je Liter bei 50-60 Grad Celsius 1,5-3,5 Minuten ziehen lassen. Bei höheren Temperaturen verliert der Gyokuro seinen sanften und aromatischen Geschmack. Mehrere Aufgüsse sind möglich.

Zutaten: Gyokuro Asahi 

Immer kühl und trocken, luftdicht und lichtdicht lagern. Bei richtiger Lagerung ist der Gyokuro Asahi ca. 12 Monate haltbar.
