Let’s say your current monthly revenue is €50,000.

Performance-Based Equity (Max 10 %)

On top of the revenue share, you give me a small equity stake — but only if I deliver real growth.

• There’s a 6-month cliff → if either of us ends the partnership before 6 months, no equity is granted.
